Depending On The Campaign, The Downloaded Payloads May Include Information Stealers, remote Access Trojans (RATs), Credential Theft Tools, Cobalt Strike Beacons, Or Ransomware Deployment Frameworks.
SocGholish Is Frequently Used As The First Stage Of Multi-phase Cyberattacks, Enabling Adversaries To Perform Privilege Escalation, Credential Harvesting, Lateral Movement, Persistence, And Network Reconnaissance Before Delivering More Destructive Malware.
