How To Install Cylance Smart Antivirus?

For Windows:

• Run The Downloaded .exe File.
• The Cylance Smart Antivirus Setup Window Displays. Select Install.
• The User Account Control Window Displays. Select Yes.
• You Are Prompted For An Installation Token. Retrieve This Token From Your Dashboard By Clicking On The Green Copy Token Button. After You Have Entered Your Token, Click Next.
• You Are Given The Option To Choose A Folder Path For The Cylance Folder. You Can Choose Where You Store It, But The Standard Folder Path Option Is Available.
• The Installation Is Completed, And Your Device Is Now Protected.
• Check Your Dashboard To Confirm That Your Device Has Been Added. You Should Also See The Cylance Icon In Your System Tray Located In The Lower-right Corner Of Your Windows Taskbar.

For MacOS:

• Run The Downloaded .dmg File, Which May Be Located In Your Downloads Folder.
• A Cylance PROTECT Window Displays. Double Click The Shield Icon As Prompted.
• 2a. The Following Window Displays With An Explanation On How To Determine The Installation Eligibility Of The File. Select Continue.
• You Are Prompted For An Installation Token. Retrieve This Token From Your Dashboard By Clicking On The Green Copy Token Button. After You Have Entered Your Token, Click Continue.
• A Window Displays The File Size Of Cylance Smart AV. Click Install. If You Have An Admin Password, You Are Prompted To Enter It.
• If This Is The First Time You Are Installing Cylance Smart AV On This Device, A System Extension Blocked Window Displays. Select Open Security Preferences.
• You Are Redirected To The Security & Privacy Settings. Click Allow To Allow Cylance Inc. To Run On Your Device.
• The Following Installation Message Should Display.

Your Device Is Now Protected. Check Your Dashboard To Confirm That Your Device Has Been Added. The Cylance Icon Should Also Display In The Upper-right Corner Of Your Computer's Toolbar.
